By accessing or using this platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where a stricter notice or consent is required by law.
The Service is a software platform that helps brands run short form "clipping" or content campaigns and helps creators discover campaigns, apply, submit public post links (for example TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, as supported and configured for a campaign), and track earnings. We provide tools for applications, submissions, view tracking and validation subject to campaign rules, payouts, notifications, and administration. We are not a party to the commercial deal between a brand and a creator except as needed to operate the Service and process platform workflows.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your region and, where required, meet any minimum age we specify. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must comply with these Terms, campaign and brand instructions, and applicable laws (including intellectual property, marketing, and platform rules of social networks you use). One person or entity should not maintain multiple accounts to evade rules or limits unless we expressly allow it.
Brands may create and manage campaigns, set requirements and budgets, review creator applications, review submissions, and use metrics and validation information made available in the Service to support decisions. Creators may browse campaigns, apply, and-if approved-submit links to public posts that meet the campaign and Service rules. Each side is responsible for its own tax, legal, and compliance obligations in its jurisdiction, including reporting income where required.
Campaign terms-including creative briefs, allowed platforms, payout structure (for example pay per tranche of validated views), per-post or per-creator view caps, counting windows, minimum payout thresholds, and review requirements-are set by the brand in the product subject to our tools and any Service-wide rules. A creator application or submission may be pending, approved, or rejected (or similar statuses) as shown in the Service. Public post URLs you submit must be genuine, publicly accessible as required for tracking, and posted from verified social profiles where we require verification. You understand that view and related metrics may be obtained from third-party sources or the platforms themselves and are subject to delay, restatement, or unavailability; "validated" or payable views are determined only according to the Service logic and campaign rules in effect (including time windows and caps), not a creator's or platform's raw dashboard alone.
We do not guarantee a minimum number of views, applications, or earnings. Metrics used for validation may differ from in-app or public counters on a social network.
Payout eligibility, timing, and method depend on campaign settings, your balance, minimum thresholds, any holding periods, fraud and compliance checks, and approval by administrators or brands as the workflow requires. We may use batching, payment instructions you provide, or third-party payment processors. We may withhold, offset, or reverse amounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms, brand rules, or law. You are responsible for the accuracy of payout details you supply.
The Service may include ways to report or flag issues (for example disputed or suspicious submissions). We and brands with appropriate roles may investigate and take action, including denying or adjusting payouts, removing content references, or restricting accounts. Decisions made through the Service workflow may be final within the limits of applicable law. Nothing in this section requires us to arbitrate in place of courts where mandatory law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim.
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use your content and information you submit (including post URLs, profile information, and verification data) to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service, and to show relevant information to brands, creators, and moderators as needed to run campaigns. You represent you have the rights to grant that license. Brands remain responsible for their own briefs and brand assets. You must not upload malware, scrape or attack the Service, misrepresent performance, or misuse another person's identity.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or specific features, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or are legally required to do so. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (for example, liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law) will survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, brands, or third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service in any twelve (12) month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for the Service in that period (if any) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where such a cap is prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
We may change the Service and these Terms. If an amendment is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example by posting a notice in the product or on this page) before or when the change takes effect, where the law does not require a different approach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where you benefit from mandatory consumer or other protections in your country that cannot be waived. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local law requires a different forum for consumers.
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the support or contact options provided on the site or in your account area, if any.
